Housekeeper - Silver Stream Nursing & Rehabilitation Center : Job Details

Supervise and manage a team of nurses, CNAs, and other care staff

Develop and implement care plans for residents

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Monitor and document resident progress and health changes

Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Provide mentorship and training to staff to promote high-quality care and professional growth

Proficiency in understanding and communicating in English.

Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, procedures, and guidelines relevant to healthcare facilities.

Ability to maintain efficiency in meeting work demands and adhering to schedules.

Demonstrated ability to interact tactfully and respectfully with staff, residents, visitors, and the general public.

Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Adaptable to scheduling needs and committed to providing quality service to the senior population.

High school diploma or equivalent education (preferred).
