In this role, you will be responsible for every aspect of the LiveWell Department including but not limited to Sales and Marketing of our personal concierge services, managing Revenue and Expenses of the department. Covering the staffing needs of the department, including scheduling, recruiting, placement of employees, training, retaining, and sometimes corrective actions and/or termination of employees. The goal is to ensure that the LiveWell Department of the community is increasing sales opportunities and managing the day-to-day staffing needs to meet the needs of the residents.
