Private family looking hire a Housekeeper in Windermere, FL! The Ideal Candidate: Single man seeking to hire a Housekeeper for his 3-bedroom condo. Resident works full time outside the home. Needs laundry, very light cooking and prep, some light shopping, taking in packages, laundry and full-housekeeping of the condo. Cleaning windows, dishes, floors, taking out the trash etc. Everything to keep the apartment clean. No pets. What Works Best for Family: Quiet, friendly hard-working, caring individual. Someone clean, no smoking, no drinking, reliable and honest. Requested Duration: As long as everyone is happy. About the Family Adults:1 Children:0 Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required,
• Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner,Plain Cooking Required,
• Laundry: Family Laundry,
• Errands: Weekly Grocery Shopping
• Driving: Preferred, Not Required
• Travel: No Travel Required

• Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:30 AM M-F, can offer more hours if needed

Position Compensation

• Salary: $35-$40/hour
