Housekeeping Associate - Eataly Downtown - Eataly Net USA, LLC : Job Details

The Housekeeping Associate provides constant maintenance and ensures good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities including all building, restaurant and retail facilities. Functionally reports to the Facilities Manager and Housekeeping Leads. Maintains general cleanliness throughout the store including mopping, sweeping and vacuuming. Washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, glassware, utensils, cups and small equipment for the department. Checks water temperature during dishwashing operation to ensure proper temperature. Stocks shelves, racks and service stations with restaurant supplies: polishes glassware and silverware. Removes trash, recycling and compost from receptacles throughout the store and kitchens and brings to appropriate receptacle; cleans, sanitizes and replaces liners in receptacles.
