- Keep units clean & tidy, following a detailed cleaning checklist and completing tasks within the required timeframe
- Cleaning duties will include but not be limited to sweeping, mopping, & vacuuming floors, dusting, dishes, trash removal, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances
- Tidy the outdoor areas, such as decks and porches
- Travel between units and Housekeeping facility, picking up supplies as needed
- Inspect the house for damage & repairs and report to through the necessary channels
- Leave the units creating a warm welcome and WOW! for guest arrival
- Previous vacation rental cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Flexible availability is a must, as schedules are subject to guest check-ins & checkouts
- Must be able to operate cleaning equipment
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between assigned units
- Be passionate about creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
- Must be able to work with a team and independently
- Must be dependable, trustworthy & hardworking
- Be able to maintain positive and respectful communications with fellow employees and leadership team
