S: Follows OSHA regulations and all policies and procedures as set forth by the Housekeeping department. Applies excellent guest relations skills when interacting with guests. Consistently maintains a positive attitude that ensures the best guest experience. Encourages a positive attitude among employees and treats guests and fellow employees with courtesy and respect. Anticipates guest needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness, ensuring complete guest satisfaction and repeat business. Familiar/knowledgeable about the hotel and able to explain the locations and operating hours of hotel facilities. Performs all duties in a timely and professional manner. Applies teamwork skills at all times. Gives recognition to repeat guests. Cleans front area of hotel, sweeps floors and sidewalks; cleans doors, frames, signs, and windows.
