Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Housekeeping Porter with amazing attention to detail and a team player attitude to clean, pick up, and otherwise keep things looking beautiful at the 192-unit apartment community of Forestplace Apartment Homes. Amenities at this property include an athletic court, pool, spa, and more!
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the property, such as common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds, as directed by the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor.
Location: Forestplace Apartment Homes, Forest Grove, OR 97116
Hourly Rate: $17-$19/hr, DOE
Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs
Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend.
