**Requirements:**

* Must be able to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail.

* Must be 18 years of age and older

* Have motivation to be a self starter

* Must have customer service skills to help owners and guests when needed.

* Ensure cleaning on a rotation

* Take care of recycling, hallways, restrooms, fitness center, lobby, grills, balconies, and furniture

* Help housekeepers in units, strip units, move furniture, etc.

* Help count, clean, and dirty linen

* Must be able to deliver rollaway beds and cribs.

* Must be able to help shovel snow off balconies.

* Must be able to lift, pick up, and push 50 lbs. and more

* Must be able to bend, kneel, climb, and reach out.

* Must follow safety policy and OSHA guides

* Must work in random schedule, holidays, weekends, and over time when required

* Must have English skills be able to communicate with our guest, owners, and employees

* Must be have a positive and friendly attitude toward others

The budgeted range starts at 12.75 - 17.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
