Homeless Services, Front Door NY Landlord Incentive Program Rochester, New York [Hybrid]FULL-TIME [Nonexempt] : 40 hours Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) seeks a talented Housing Program Assistant to contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. The Housing Program Assistant is responsible for providing support to the landlord incentive program and mediation program provided by CCSI. The landlord incentive program awards landlords in Monroe County for housing low-income individuals and families in the community. Additionally, the mediation program assists with conflict resolution between landlords and their residents with the goal of retention of housing and avoiding evictions.
