We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Residential Aide to join our team. As a Residential Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our participants and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our participants by providing them with the support and assistance they need. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with daily living activities.RequirementsYou will need:

• Security experience or Residential Aide experience working in a shelter
• Experience working in transitional housing or supportive housing
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to work 12am - 8am, 8am - 4pm or 4pm - 12pm
