Participates in overseeing housing units for a housing assistance program. LEVEL OF WORK:Advanced. SUPERVISION RECEIVED:General review from a Housing Supervisor or higher level personnel. SUPERVISION EXERCISED:May exercise functional supervision over lower level housing specialists, maintenance, and/or clerical personnel. LOCATION OF WORK:Housing Authorities. JOB DISTINCTIONS:Differs from a Housing Specialist 3 by the presence of advanced level housing responsibilities that involve a higher degree of specialization, complexity, and/or independent judgment. Differs from Housing Supervisor by the absence of direct supervisory responsibility. See allocation criteria memo.
