The primaryfunction of this role is to take ownership of assigned body control related programs.This individual will be joining a well established and growing team that ishelping to move the mobility market forward. • Review OEM customer requirements to create cutting edge hardware design
• Guide, instruct, and support other team members
• Work with program management and prepare documentation including schematics, bill of materials, hardware software specification, and DFMEA.
• Manage testing process including plan creation, data analysis, reporting and recommendations.
• Manage all specification for module specifications

YOUR QUALIFICATIONSQualifications

• 5+ years hardware development experience including advanced fundamental electrical design knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent by combination of education and years of experience.
• Knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) design.
• Prior Experience helping to lead and develop teams

Preferred but not Required Skills

• Prior exposure / experience to multiple types of voltage systems
