Job Details***This is a Temp to Hire position***We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant/Admin to support our Human Resources team. In this role, you will help organize employee data, manage compliance tasks, facilitate onboarding and training, and support various HR initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR while working with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain electronic HR files.
  • Compile data and create presentations for reporting and decision-making.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate data tracking.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
  • Assist in compliance efforts, including time sheet audits, training audits, and distributing required documents.
  • Support manager training sessions and facilitate HR inbox management.
  • Coordinate semi-annual employee surveys and engagement activities.
  • Maintain I-9, background check, and compliance-related folders.
  • Develop and organize HR processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment SOPs.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in managing the company's internship program.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Experience with ADP or similar HRIS is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
