Job Description :

We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and organizing employee files.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Help with new employee onboarding, preparing welcome materials, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain and update HR records and employee databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with payroll processing by verifying timesheets and attendance records.
  • Help manage employee benefits enrollment and maintain up-to-date records for benefit programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee performance reviews and follow-ups.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Assist with preparing HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or office management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
