We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and organizing employee files.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help with new employee onboarding, preparing welcome materials, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR records and employee databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing by verifying timesheets and attendance records.
- Help manage employee benefits enrollment and maintain up-to-date records for benefit programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee performance reviews and follow-ups.
- Support HR initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with preparing HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or office management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
