HR Administrator A Great Opportunity/ Full-Time Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as ViaQuest's Circle of Care, our skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care. ViaQuest offers quality, highly-personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services. Responsibilities may include:
  • Provide general administrative support of the HR processes.
  • Update and maintain internal HR databases.
  • Research, develop and make recommendations for revisions to compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR documents such as policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
  • Facilitate data compilation and analysis of HR metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and company regulations as it relates to human resources.
  • Design, implement and distribute HR related communications.
  • Participate in HR related projects and other administrative tasks, as assigned.
Requirements for this position include:
  • Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Three years of experience in the HR field.
