HR Analyst

Summary: Our client, a family-owned food manufacturing company in Tennessee, is seeking a HR Analyst to join their team. They are seeking a trustworthy professional with expertise in benefits and compensation. This individual will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, anticipate legal issues, and collaborate closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager, Benefits Analyst, in-house Counsel, and ERISA attorney.

Location: Knoxville, TN (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-5)

Compensation: $66,950 + 20-40% bonus based on company performance

Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing and benefit-related communications.
  • Create and deliver Open Enrollment presentations and booklets.
  • Serve as backup for the Benefits Analyst and provide HR reporting support.
  • Assist with compensation-related activities.
  • Enter and scan employee data into UKG systems.
  • Provide additional data support for recruiting and organizational development (OD).
  • Collect and analyze HR data, including engagement surveys, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate health-related initiatives (e.g., HRA, flu shots, health fairs).
  • Manage the well-being system and maintain key vendor relationships.
  • Oversee invoicing, drug screenings, background checks, and relocation support.
  • Conduct random drug screens and MVR audits.
  • Support Open Enrollment audits, HR summits, and HR open house events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Benefits experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data and identifying trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
