OverviewTo provide support to the Alex Lee Benefits & Compensation Department and all employees and Host.In office (Hickory, NC) 3 days weekResponsibilities1. Assist with weekly benefit enrollment processing, reporting and incoming calls to department2. Responsible for employee portal content and data analysis3. Partners onsite Wellness Coordinator to champion wellness activities including health fairs, annual screening events and all initiates relating to open enrollment for health benefits.4. Serves as back-up for Benefits Administrator 5. Prepare quarterly information for the INK publication - Years of Service, Promotions, and Retirements6. Update and add job codes and positions in PeopleSoft.7. Prepare vouchers to set up payment for HR vendor invoices.8. Responsible for maintaining and updating compensation and benefit polices9. Responsible for analysis for hourly wage programs. 10. Assist in conducting market data analysis and completing survey data related to annual wage programs.11. Work with programmers when necessary to implement wage and/or bonus program changes.12. Perform other duties as assignedQualifications1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Finance and/or 3+ years related experience.2. Expert level experience with Excel 3. Strong communication and organizational skills.4. Maintain confidentiality.
