Job Title: HR & Benefits Manager
Location: Santa Monica
Swoon is actively seeking a HR & Benefits Manager for a client near Los Angeles!
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Process Development – Develop and implement all HR processes
- Compliance - Ensure compliance with all State and Federal employment regulations and all internally mandated requirements
- Manage Employee Files – Manage employee files, performance reviews, disciplinary action and action plans
- Recruiting- Take the lead in the recruiting process including need assessment, job descriptions, identifying candidates, interviews, background checks and on-boarding
- Benefits-Develop and administer the employee benefits package, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans

What's required?
- 5 years' experience in HR and benefits
- Experience developing and implementing HR processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor's degree or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major and
