DESCRIPTION
Reports to & works closely with the Director of Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and pre-qualify new applicants for interviews
- Provide Application forms, and intake/process credentials & requirements that need to be completed before hiring & onboarding
- Generate new applicant's Background checks & License Verification
- Schedule New Hire Orientation, file signed completion forms
- Scan signed employee files to Payroll

Other HR duties:
- Maintaining all employee files and documentation
- Handling assorted HR-related issues and or bringing them to the attention of the Director of Operations
- Enter information as needed into the Time and Attendance system (Rehab Optima)
- Generate bi-weekly reports for payroll
