General Function:Has primary accountability for the administration of the HRIS system, working closely with key staff members to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support effective technology solutions for HR processes. Provides administrative support to the HR department.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the administration of the HRIS system and serves as the technical point-of-contact in all HR functions reliant upon HRIS data and report generation.
- Maintains expert user knowledge of HRIS system(s) including the ADP payroll system and Compliatric compliance software.
- Responsible for all data entry, analysis and report generation for HRIS systems.
- Ability to identify problems, resolve inquiries and develop appropriate system and/or process solutions to assure accurate and timely data entry and report generation.
- Ensures the control of security and access to HRIS.
- Defines logic for the generation of queries to develop standardized reports of HR metrics by established deadlines or on an ad hoc basis.
- Ensures data integrity and system accuracy for all HRIS systems through regular audits, recognizing data problems or inconsistencies and implementing solutions for corrective action to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrences.
- Identifies, develops and delivers HRIS training and communication materials to meet the needs of end users to optimize functionality and self-sufficiency.
- Troubleshoots technical and data issues and submit tickets for issues and/or requested functionality and follows tickets through to resolution.
- Maintain HR dashboard.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in a business related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is required. Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Two (2) years' experience in Human Resources working with HRIS, payroll (preferably ADP) and performing administrative duties required.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet established schedules, timelines, or deadlines.
