HR Assistant - Vaco : Job Details

Vaco Los Angeles is working with a company in the Retail industry who is looking for a qualified HR Assistant to come and support their HR team. Key responsibilities will include all aspects of Onboarding/Offboarding efforts, employee changes, and HR Reporting. This opportunity is located in either there Beverly Hills or Commerce location and will be in office 4 days a week. This opportunity is looking to pay between $25-$26/hr on a temporary basis. • Leading onboarding process and new hire orientation
• Keeping up with all HR compliance
• Responsible for all i9 and e verify compliance
• Maintain all employee information in HRIS system
• 2-3 years of HR experience preferred for role
• Experience working in the Retail space highly preferred
• Bachelors Degree preferred or at least AA Degree required
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as detail oriented
