HR Assistant - Carolina Beverage : Job Details

JOB TITLE: HR Assistant Location: Cold Spring, MN Department: Human ResourcesStatus: Non-Exempt Position Summary:The HR Assistant role is responsible for assisting the Human Resources team with a variety of HR-related duties, including but not limited to; recruitment, employee record maintenance/data entry, filing/documentation and special projects as required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Filing of Human Resources related files and records - paper and/or electronically.
• Assist internal and external applicants with the online or paper application when needed.
• Prepare and/or process documentation such as new hire documents, termination's, etc.
• Assist in a variety of tasks including recruitment efforts, posting jobs, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing phone screenings.
• Assist with the onboarding process when needed.
• Assist with and be backup for Orientation
• Track and maintain spreadsheets.
• Point of contact for Alchemy.
• Input of employee related information accurately and timely into HRIS system when needed.
• Answer employee questions and address employee concerns or inquiries
• Temporary labor invoice review, tracking and approval.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Position Requirements:

• 2-year degree preferred or experience equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift to 25 pounds occasionally.
