Assist the Human Resources & Development department with a range of administrative tasks in order to support full lifecycle of employee for both field and home office based employees. Will serve as a technical point of contact for assigned tasks and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity.

What will you be doing? - Prepare new employee files and follow-up on necessary paperwork within allotted timeframe.
- Verify I-9 documents and maintain employment authorization files.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources function as needed.
- Assist or prepare correspondence in regards to unemployment claims and verification of employment.
- Personnel file maintenance.
- HRIS entry and maintenance. Ensure all personnel records are updated promptly to maintain accurate system of record.
- Communicate with employees about their documentation and answer any related questions.
- Maintain Human Resources Information System of records and compile reports from the database as needed.
- Manage HR US Mailbox and respond to employee enquires.
- Sent out New Hire Survey to all new hires after 100 days of service and Exit Interview Survey to all exiting employees.
- Support HR Projects and Initiatives as assigned.
- All other ad hoc requests from management as and when required.
What do you need for this position? - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related coursework desirable.
- 2 years plus varied administrative experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
