The Greer Group is hiring an HR Generalist for our client located in Louisburg, NC! This is a Direct hire opportunity. Monday-Friday (8: 00 am-5: 00 pm)Pay: $40, 000-$50, 000 (Depending on experience). The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR compliance.
