About The Role As an HR Assistant with Wren, you will provide essential HR support to employees and management, working closely with HR colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of HR services. This role is based at our Sugar Notch, PA site. Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support across all business areas.
- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures across multiple locations.
- Provide clear and accurate guidance on employee relations (ER) matters.
- Take ownership of long-term absence management, tracking cases, coordinating accommodations, and supporting return-to-work processes in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and company policies.
- Generate and distribute weekly and monthly HR reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist in delivering HR training sessions for managers on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Advisor team, including note taking for ER meetings.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, records, and compliance paperwork.
- Perform other HR-related duties as required to support business operations.
About YouDesired Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in an HR administrative or support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR policies, employee relations, and U.S. employment laws (including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management is desirable.
