Job Type Full-time Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and help ensure the smooth operation of our HR department. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. Your responsibilities will include assisting with talent acquisition, performance management, and contributing to fostering a positive organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: •Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. •Facilitate efficient onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires. •Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues. •Manage the performance review process, ensuring timely evaluations and feedback. •Help / guide managers to set employee goals, manage performance, and provide constructive feedback. •Ensure adherence to all labor laws, regulations, and company policies. •Handle documentation and compliance related to employee leaves, benefits, and workplace safety. •Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company stays compliant. •Administer compensation and benefits programs •Perform payroll and time keeping processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. •Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with company objectives. •Monitor key HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights to senior management. •Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. •Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation Requirements •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience •Experience working with HRIS systems; Knowledge with Paylocity a plus •2+ years of experience in Human Resources •Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Proven ability to perform a wide range of HR functions •Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize •Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization. •Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. •HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
