Job Description :

Alcott HR is currently searching for an HR Associate to join our team. In this position, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our various departments including but not limited to Human Resources, Benefits, and Operations. This position will provide information and assistance to internal and external clients regarding specific processes, policies, and procedures.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Perform a variety of clerical, technical, administrative and office duties supporting various internal departments.
  • Learn and work within multiple platforms and systems to complete an assortment of tasks.
  • Assist with projects focused on supporting departmental organization and efficiency.
  • Interact with client contacts in order to obtain necessary information for the completion of regulatory processes and procedures.
  • Track, interpret and process billing for client services including but not limited to background checks, drug screens, poster services, and recruitment.
  • Understand, interpret, and update administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Other project work and assignments as required.

You are someone who has:

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience within an administrative role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related course of study (preferred)
  • Strong technology skills, familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great time management skills and can meet deadlines
  • The ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Professional and adaptable communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation range of $22 - $27 per hour commensurate with experience
