HR Associate - Voya Financial : Job Details

Our HR team plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our employees have the support they need to excel. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our Workplace Solutions business. The HR Associate will provide essential support to enhance the effectiveness of the HR team by partnering with HR Advisors to perform a wide variety of administrative and HR related duties in managing relationships with the client groups. This individual will assist in ensuring our employees receive relevant and up to date communications on HR policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, staffing, employee relations, performance management and training programs.
