That's why our Human Resources (HR) function is a critical component of our success, supporting a safe and inclusive workplace that enables our employees to grow both personally and professionally.Come take a seat at the table and help us drive innovation and continued success at PepsiCo!In this role, the HR Associate Manager will provide leadership and functional HR generalist support to Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) locations across the Aiea, HI, market.Responsibilities* Execute Key Initiatives: Lead and fully execute HR strategies aligned with PBNA's overall business objectives.* Policy Guidance & Compliance: Advise leaders and employees on Company policies, HR programs (benefits, compensation), and values, ensuring consistent application and timely issue resolution.* Organizational Development: Diagnose organizational issues, develop practical solutions, and implement actionable plans.* Compliance Expertise: Ensure all activities adhere to state and federal employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA).* Performance Management & Succession Planning: Assist leadership with performance management and develop robust succession plans to ensure talent readiness.* Strategic Business Partner: Understand business operations from both a strategic and tactical HR perspective to provide impactful support.* Staffing Strategies: Design and implement staffing strategies to meet exempt and non-exempt hiring needs, including campus recruiting. Collaborate with local teams to ensure consistent community outreach.* Organizational Health & Culture: Develop and execute region-specific strategies to enhance organizational health and foster a positive work culture.* Diversity & Inclusion: Lead and support market-level and regional diversity and inclusion initiatives.* Strong Communication Skills: Communicate confidently in written and verbal formats, effectively engaging with all levels of the organization.* Project Management: Manage multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree required; a major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.* Master's Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management is a plus.* Previous experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.* Familiarity with core HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and leadership development.* Experience with talent management and succession planning preferred.* Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and provide thoughtful recommendations.* Confidence to make tough decisions and deliver feedback with professionalism.* Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with sound problem-solving abilities.* Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions.* Proven consultative skills and ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders.* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to varied audiences.* Work Authorization: This position is limited to individuals with the indefinite right to work in the United States.Compensation and Benefits* Expected Salary Range: $85,200 - $142,650, based on skills, experience, and location.
