About Arixa Capital
Arixa is seeking a HR Associate/Office Manager to support the continued growth and operational excellence of our team.
Arixa is truly differentiated in our market. Arixa is both an investment manager and a lending platform, while our competition is almost exclusively lenders who do not manage their own funds. We place organizational health at the top of our priority list. Using the framework in Patrick Lencioni's book, The Advantage: Why Organizational Health Trumps Everything Else in Business, Arixa places organizational health at the center of our business model. This results in a playbook that incorporates input from every Arixa team member, ensuring that we remain aligned, and everyone knows what is most important – covering our mission, our values, and our top priorities each year.
