WHAT YOULL DO

As an HR Business Partner, you will primarily be responsible for change management, workforce development, talent development, and supports business growth development, --a true business partner to the business.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Execute human resources plans to ensure strategic growth and retention for the region.
  • Design and develop HR processes that encompass workforce planning, talent pipeline, and growth (to include both business and employee development).
  • Lead, develop and inspire a partnership of value. Tap into strengths and career path desires of the team to foster opportunity and development.
  • Lead change management and integration efforts.
  • Guide the business through change initiatives to accelerate outcomes and ensure a successful employee experience.
  • Keep a pulse on the market know who the key players and talent are.
  • Seek deep integration into the business in order to truly have the pulse of the business.
  • Build and promote collaborative partnerships with HR COEs to ensure leverage of all programs, tools and technology, driving implementation within the region while also influencing proactively around business needs.
  • Promote and support enterprise-wide diversity initiatives.
  • Promote a client/customer-centric operating culture that strives to exceed client goals, objectives, requirements, and expectations.
  • Monitor and oversee the implications of HR policies and practices as it relates to legal repercussions and expense.
  • Resolve client problems and concerns with agility and professionalism, utilizing influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete operational metrics and reporting.
  • Provide manager coaching and guidance as required and in support of policies and practices.
  • Educate managers and employees on HR policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations, as well as Company and customer/client policies and procedures.
  • Ensure support and compliance with employee relations program within respective region.
  • Act as a business partner between area operations leadership and internal/external clients.
  • Promote our values along with a culture that drives growth, embraces changes, and delivers outcomes.
  • Work with assigned business leaders.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:

  • Expert knowledge of HR theories, practices, and principles as normally acquired through the completion of a bachelors degree in human resources or business management.
  • Proven experience in change management.
  • Demonstrated ownership of leading complex strategic initiatives with an innovative curiosity to drive value within the business and the HR Team by leveraging HR tools.
  • Become a trusted advisor and build trust and credibility with stakeholders through being accessible, responsive, and accurate in guidance.
  • Be an innovator but also successfully drive execution both in tactical and strategic lanes.
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing leaders at all levels, helping deliver strategic people initiatives that positively impact business results.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a HR people leader role and demonstrated career progression.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
