Apply now!As an HR Business Partner, you will:+ Support the development and delivery of innovation within the HR function.+ Develop and continuously improve effective HR programs that align with and achieve business objectives.+ Lead with operational excellence and a continuous improvement mindset within the business and global HR function.+ Serve as a trusted consultant to leadership, leading from the middle and influencing all levels of the organization.+ Collaborate closely with managers to provide daily HR guidance, while understanding their business needs and delivering the business objectives.+ Challenge organizational norms and affect significant change within the business and HR function.+ Maintain an employee advocacy role while demonstrating strong change management skills.Minimum Requirements:+ Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.+ 5 years of demonstrated strategic HR business partnership experience. A Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.+ Prior experience leading continuous improvement and/or operational excellence initiatives.+ Demonstrated experience being a strategic HR professional with exposure to driving organizational change.+ Clear and concise communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.+ Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance.Preferred Requirements:+ Manufacturing and/or nuclear experience.+ A Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence certification.#LI-DA1Pay: $ 62,000 - $ 97,000The base salary range for this position in Virginia at the start of employment is expected to be between $62,000 and $97,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
