We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner / Manager for a Worldwide Semiconductor Product organization. In this role, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support, working with business partners globally to support product development employees. You will coach leaders at all levels, work with employees, and partner with WW HR functions to execute People strategies and processes across the organization. This role provides an unique opportunity to support an organizational transformation focused on the People strategy and business growth.

Some key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Building and implementing effective long-term plans to meet business needs
  • Understanding and influencing business decisions that impact people
  • Building credible relationships and serving as a thought partner for leaders
  • Understanding the changing landscape and effectively leading change
  • Building trust and rapport at all levels
  • Working to increase employee commitment and capability
  • Leading and supporting change management efforts

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years of related HR leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business acumen to HR strategies and successful HR/people programs
  • Proven experience driving for results in a high performing Product development or Manufacturing organization

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
