4 Corner Resources is seeking an experienced HR Call Center Team Lead for one of our clients in the Orlando, FL area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone skilled in leading customer service teams. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and is fully onsite.HR Call Center Team Lead Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the daily work of the call center team.
  • Train and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Create work schedules and manage staffing levels.
  • Run regular team meetings to share updates and review performance.
  • Handle customer feedback and look for ways to make the service better.
  • Prepare and share reports on team performance with senior management.
HR Call Center Team Lead Qualifications:
  • Associate degree and 3+ years in a leadership role OR Bachelors degree with 1+ years in a leadership role.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a call center.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate a team.
