HR Clerk Kraft Heinz Mason City, IA Plant. The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an HR Clerk to work at our production facility in Mason City, IA. The role of the HR Clerk is to provide HR-related support to all functions in the plant. This position will be responsible for hourly recruiting, onboarding, Engagement/ People Committee participation, and other HR administrative duties. We value strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for someone willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The candidate will excel with forward-positive thinking and creativity. Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to. Manage the hourly recruiting process. Help facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process for hourly employees.
