HR Consultant
Position Overview:CFS has partnered with a client looking for an HR Consultant to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions in a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients' HR needs and develop customized strategies to address their challenges.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.
Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and harassment prevention.
Support workforce planning, including talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Assist clients with compliance audits and reporting requirements.
Stay up to date with HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
