The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources, with a particular focus on benefits administration, interviews scheduling, i9, HR coordination, and HRIS. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of HR tasks and work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient and smooth operations. The HR Coordinator will be instrumental in fostering a healthy work environment and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Coordinator, you will:1. Oversee all aspects of benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, and retirement plans.2. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.3. Manage i9 verification and ensure all employees are legally authorized to work in the country.4. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any HR-related queries or concerns.5. Maintain and update HRIS system with accurate employee data, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and confidential.6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.7. Coordinate and facilitate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.8. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.9. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the legal industry.2. Proven experience in benefits administration, interviews scheduling, i9, HR coordination, and HRIS.3. Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.4. Proficient with HRIS and other related HR technology.5. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.9.
