This role requires a proactive individual with at least 2 years of experience in the Human Resources or adjacent field, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. The HR Coordinator will support key HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, payroll, employee relations, and event planning, ensuring all processes run smoothly and effectively contribute to a positive employee experience.QualificationsEssential Responsibilities:Onboarding and Offboarding Support:
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes by maintaining compliance checklists and ensuring all tasks are completed, including state and federal documentation requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and update the HRIS to reflect changes accurately.
HR Operations and Inventory Management:
- Manage the HR closet, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized with onboarding gifts, event supplies, and miscellaneous office items.
- Regularly assess inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
HR Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual HR compliance tasks, including ACA filings, OSHA reporting, 401(k) census preparations, HRIS updates, and EEOC-1 reporting.
- Ensure all compliance-related records and documentation are accurate and submitted within required deadlines and maintained in shared HR Drive.
Payroll Support:
- Review payroll final reports for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update the payroll checklist to document any changes or corrections per payroll cycle.
Event Planning and Employee Well-being:
- Support the planning and execution of monthly events, with a focus on initiatives that enhance employee well-being.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events run smoothly and foster a positive company culture.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations inquiries, providing support and maintaining confidentiality around sensitive matters.
- Escalate complex issues to senior HR leadership as necessary.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly HR metrics and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Recruitment Support:
- Provide backup support for recruiting activities, such as sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and assisting in interview processes.
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews, including conference room bookings and travel arrangements for candidates.
- Other tasks as needed to support HR Department

- Knowledge of HR compliance standards and legal requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations.
Physical Requirements:
- Remaining in a seated position for long periods of time
