Responsibilities Mountain Youth Academy (a UHS company) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! We are a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assist in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients. POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator will provide coordination efforts, and assistance in the areas of policy compliance, recruitment, and on-boarding. This position will assist in the management of employee records and assists in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes. This position will provide administrative support involving internal job posting, application screening, and coordination of interviewing and reference checking. This position will also assist in the management of uploading patients narratives and development of the ROI system in MS4. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Provides clerical support for daily needs in human resources/medical records including the electronic filing and maintenance of the employee personnel and training files, making new hire packets and assisting with new hire orientation.
- Provide administrative support involving recruitment, application screening, and coordination of interviewing, reference checking, completing necessary paperwork.
- Works with the HR generalist to upload patient narratives to HCS on a weekly basis.
- Assists the HRD in developing the ROI format in HCS as required.
- Assists with collecting and placing information regarding positive facility events on appropriate social media platforms
- Works with the CEO as needed for reimbursement processing and other duties as needed.
- Works with the HR staff to ensures that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Assists with ordering functions related to human resources, including supplies, equipment, and retention items.
- Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.
