HR CoordinatorAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the HR department with a variety of responsibilities across the employee lifecycle. This position offers a broad scope of HR functions, allowing you to grow and develop in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by verifying employee information, timecard entries, and pay changes.
  • Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and respond to employee inquiries about benefits offerings.
  • Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
  • Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, including recordkeeping and audits.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to various HR initiatives, including DEI efforts, performance management, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role or equivalent HR-related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and working knowledge of payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR tools and platforms is a plus.
