Job Description :
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating issues to appropriate HR team members when needed. Administration of the hourly attendance and job training programs. Coordinates and conducts new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Operates and maintains the employee badge-making system to produce accurate and professional employee ID cards. Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assists production supervisors with reviewing and processing employee time-off requests in the timekeeping system, ensuring compliance with company policies. Administration of KPMCs Substance Abuse policy. Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Support HR initiatives to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
