Clayton Services is searching for an HR Coordinator to join a thriving company in Shenadoah, Texas. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hour Benefits: Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, PTO, and more after the temporary period. HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process
  • Post jobs and manage the applicant tracking system
  • Schedule interviews and complete reference and background checks
  • Prepare new hire paperwork
  • Communicate with new hires regarding start date, orientation, and benefits information
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
  • Compliance traning
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Organize HR-related events, trainings, and employee activities
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Computer proficiency

HR Coordinator Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of two years of HR-related experience is required
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required
  • Previous experience using ADP Workforce Now is required
