Clayton Services is searching for an HR Coordinator to join a thriving company in Shenadoah, Texas. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hour Benefits: Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, PTO, and more after the temporary period. HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process
- Post jobs and manage the applicant tracking system
- Schedule interviews and complete reference and background checks
- Prepare new hire paperwork
- Communicate with new hires regarding start date, orientation, and benefits information
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
- Compliance traning
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Organize HR-related events, trainings, and employee activities
- Other duties as assigned
