In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries. You will provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our employees, The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong customer relations skills, listening skills and attention to detail when dealing with customers.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.+ Provide first contact information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.+ Assist employees with HR-related issues, including benefits, payroll, and leave of absence.+ Document and track inquiries and resolutions in the HR system.+ Escalate complex issues to senior HR staff or other departments as needed.+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.+ Participate in training sessions to stay updated on HR policies and systems.+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.**Qualifications:**+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.+ Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful demeanor.+ Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.+ Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.+ Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and HRIS.+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.**Fortive Corporation Overview**Fortive's essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
