Wilson Elser's National Human Resources department currently seeks a Data Analyst, HR.
The Data Analyst, HR will play a critical role in managing central HR reporting for the entire organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity. This individual will work closely with various teams within HR and other departments to gather, analyze, and present data for strategic decision-making purposes. The incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of surveys, reports, and processes related to HR compliance, payroll, diversity, and workforce planning.

A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
