Job Description :
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all HR functions, such as the recruiting process - assist in the creation of job descriptions and coordinating interviews with candidates (via recruiter(s)) and the proper company employee(s).
  • Employee training; assist in coaching and counseling.
  • Handling sensitive internal HR issues, including terminating employees.
  • Update required HR materials (handbooks, policies, and procedures).
  • Review all legal agreements.
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with the Parent Company's compliance programs and appropriate training.
  • Participate in the risk management review and coordinate the resolution of issues with the parent company's insurance department and the insurance broker.
  • Participate in insurance claims activity, including reporting to senior management and creating policy and procedures.Qualifications:
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in all areas stated above.
  • Successful track record in setting priorities, keen analytic, organization, and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external individuals.
  • A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
