Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyOversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processesEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulationsManage employee relations, promoting culture and well-being of all team membersDevelop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeLead the development and implementation of succession planning initiativesCollaborate with leadership to develop and execute workforce planning strategiesManage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, performance-based incentives, and employee recognition programsEnsure accurate and timely processing of multistate semi-monthly payrollDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices, including HIPAA training and standards.Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleExperience with Paylocity is a plus!Strong knowledge of multistate employment laws and regulationsExperience with contract negotiation and managementDemonstrated ability in conflict management and resolutionExperience with FMLA administration and workers' compensation processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend process improvementsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organizationProven experience in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidatesAbility to develop training programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforceWe offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
