Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, promoting culture and well-being of all team members
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Lead the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute workforce planning strategies
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, performance-based incentives, and employee recognition programs
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of multistate semi-monthly payroll
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices, including HIPAA training and standards.
  • Requirements

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with Paylocity is a plus!
  • Strong knowledge of multistate employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management
  • Demonstrated ability in conflict management and resolution
  • Experience with FMLA administration and workers' compensation processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
  • Ability to develop training programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce
