HR Director (Store operations) - Tech Tammina : Job Details

We are conducting a search for an HR Director of Store Operations. This will be working with a large retailer with store operations throughout the mid-west and southeast and growing rapidly. The work is based in a wonderful area of central Illinois. This organization prides itself on providing excellent service to customers and creating a positive work environment for employees. To help accommodate this growth, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as the HR Director of Store Operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on retail HR operations. Previous experience as a Field HR Manager, preferably in a multi-store environment. Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
