HR-EH REPRESENTATIVE - UAB Medical West : Job Details

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR/EH Representative to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that all HR and EH related inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation, as well as assisting with various HR projects as needed. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Laboratory experience a plus
• Experience with HRIS software
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Experience in a hospital or clinical environment

Responsibilities:

• Respond to HR related inquiries from employees and managers
• Filing and answering phone
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR
• Assist with various HR projects as needed
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to our employees
• Assist Employee Health with pre-employment documentation and drug screens

Skills: As an HR/EH Representative, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also use your excellent organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records and documentation and assist with various HR projects. Additionally, your knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role.
