Position DescriptionAssists in administering human resources policies and procedures. Collects and maintains HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc., to help make recommendations for improvement. Processes paperwork for functional areas according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.This position is a part-time, non-benefited position, averaging less than 20 hours per week.Preferred QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in human resources. Prior experience in recruitment, benefits, and leave administration.Required QualificationsRequires bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and related experience to equal four (4) years.
