HR Generalist II PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, has been given an opportunity to assist a top employer in Fort Myers to find their HR Generalist II We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Generalist II that will inform our client's employees about regulations and policies, support the HR team, address various issues, and maintain files, databases, personnel actions, evaluations, and tenure records. The HR Generalist II must be knowledgeable about employee relations, labor law, and regulatory administration activities in the HR department. The Human Resources Generalist II will have administrative duties and help with essential functions such as staffing and HR administration,. Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pay Rate: $30Hr. Location: Fort Myers Experience: 3 years HR Generalist II Job Responsibilities: • Serve as a key member of the HR team, supporting various Primary HR functions and initiatives • Assist with full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems. • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to employees and managers. • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and training sessions. • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies. • Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting. • Help administer employee benefits programs and answer benefits-related questions. • Assist with employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making. • Assist with company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities. • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes. HR Generalist II Required Skills / Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
- Knowledge of benefits administration and employee relations
- Excellent time management skills
